Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for successfully completing projects in accordance with established goals in terms of budget, quality and schedule. The Project Manager serves as the principal decision maker and must coordinate between all stakeholders on the project, both internally and externally.

Project Managers must have a thorough understanding of both the manufacturing and construction processes and the ability to work on a multiple tasks concurrently. Project Managers must possess well-developed interpersonal skills, as the ability to deal with a wide variety of personalities in multiple roles is critical. A thorough understanding of General Business practice, Building Codes, Engineering Principles is equally as important.

Design Engineer – Drafter

Job Summary:

The Design Engineer/Drafter is ultimately responsible for the research, development and design of product according to project requirements. The Design Engineer/Drafter develops submittals, layouts, schematics and shop details as part of a design team in accordance with project specifications.  The position requires a thorough understanding of Staging Concepts’ product line and the Sales, Project Management, Engineering and Production Process.

Design Engineer/Drafters must have a thorough understanding of drafting software and principles of both the manufacturing and construction processes with the ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently.

The Design Engineer/Drafter will report to the Vice President of Engineering and in addition to the responsibilities listed below should be prepared to perform any duty asked by his superior in the best interest of the company.

CNC Machinist

Job Summary:

• Sets up and programs, special-purpose, and numerical control (NC) machines and machining center to fabricate metallic and nonmetallic parts

• Applies knowledge of machine shop theory and procedures, shop mathematics, machinability of materials, and layout techniques

• Studies blueprints sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample part to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations and setup requirements

• Selects aligns and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools attachments, accessories, and materials on machines. For example: mills, lathes, etc.

• Maintains a safe and well organized working environment, following all safety procedures as outlined in safety manual
